UCB1-D110: Duarte Nursery produced a second generation of clonal lines, selected from UCB1 seeds, purchased from FPS. 2011-2016, all 4 clones were placed in24 field trials. Clones D110 and D71 outperform the industry standard UCB1 clones in these trials.
Gen3
VigorClone™ V211™ & V215™ were propagated in2000 with the original old clone.15 of these clones were placed in a field trial in 2002, first data was taken in 2014.Clones V211, V214 and V215 were extremely vigorous, exceeding the industry standard’s UCB1 yield by an average of more than 140% during on years.Duarte Nursery will produce 250-500K Gen III clones for 2020 planting.

Duarte Nursery Clonal Pistachios are delivered through a world-class nursery propagation capability including in vitro micropropagation technology, advanced highly controlled greenhouses and specialized field establishment systems. Duarte Nursery is a world-class leader in micropropagation techniques for agricultural crops.
Product Format
The pistachios are delivered in a 3”x3”x7” plastic container with a virgin non-soil growing media. Field grafting with scion occurs approximately four months following planting. Year round planting is recommended for most situations.
