I started Needham Ag Services in 2009, after many years of management experience with companies such as Pandol Brothers, Gerawan Farming, Big 4 Farming, Synagro, and Wonderful Citrus. I decided I wanted to use my experience to be a resource for growers. I started selling soil amendments for American Ag and soon after, was asked to be a field representative for Duarte Nursery. In the following years, I was approached by the current companies to represent their products and services. In total, I bring more than 30 years of farming experience to my customers.

I graduated from California State University, Fresno in 1984 with a B.S. in Plant Science and Agricultural Mechanic. I have served as a Director for the Kern County Farm Bureau, President of Tulare County Farm Bureau, State Director for California Farm Bureau Federation and Chairman for the Tulare County Board of Supervisors Agricultural Policy Advisory Committee and a long-time member of CAPCA.

I currently serve on the Fertilizer Inspection Advisory Board for the California Department of Food & Agriculture and a Treasurer for the Tulare County Sheriff Foundation.
