I started Needham Ag Services in 2009, after many years of management experience with companies such as Pandol Brothers, Gerawan Farming, Big 4 Farming, Synagro, and Wonderful Citrus. I decided I wanted use my experience to be a resource for growers. I started selling soil amendments for American Ag and soon after, was asked to be a field representative for Duarte Nursery. In the following years, I was approached by the current companies to represent their products and services. In total, I bring more than 30 years of farming experience to my customers. I graduated from California State University, Fresno in 1984 with a B.S. in Plant Science and Agricultural Mechanic. I have served as a Director for the Kern County Farm Bureau, Past President of Tulare County Farm Bureau, and am currently serving as a State Director for California Farm Bureau Federation. I am also the Chairman for the Tulare County Board of Supervisors Agricultural Policy Advisory Committee and a long-time member of CAPCA.
